| I decided it would be kinda fun to tell you guys about the last format as far as the ocg went as well as tcg, so here's the breakdown of how tiers went this past format, keep in mind that they have certain cards that are only there and on dn, and that the japanese have very different playstyles as a whole (we tend to be hyper-aggro compared to them) and that obviously these also include what was tier 1 in ocg. Tier 1: Constellars (Yup i was suprised too), fire fists, mermailanteans (dropped out of competition halfway through the format because fire fists are basically them on steroids), wind-ups, and Macro Rabbit nothing else is or was doing too much over there or here, so i will move on Tier 2: Six Samurai (which is properly pronounced over there, and that instantly makes them tollerable, cuz when me or a japanese man says sammurai it sounds beast), Hieratics, Inzektors, Chaos Dragons, Dark worlds, Gravekeepers (mostly because of anti-meta qualities that allowed them to go places, they're more of a tier 2 and 1/2 deck really), Exodia, Final Countdown, and Grandsoil Psychics Tier 3: all the other stuff Tell me if i missed anything major guys! |

| I haven't actually seen any lightsworn in serious competitive games now, i think they kinda got overpowered by other, less luck based, decks. I see them get dominated when they go into tourneys now tho, even the lightsworn players who were topping like every week last format, one even sold his deck to go for a Merlantean deck, which hes happy isn't getting hit btw. |
